I recently purchased this upon my Doctors recommendation. Following a severe ankle sprain while playing paintball. It has allowed me to get out of my soft cast and it stabilizes my ankle enough to walk around on and get me on that road to recovery.
I have always suffered from a chronic weak ankle after a similar injury in the Marines, and I plan on using this support when I start playing paintball again to help protect my ankle from future injuries.
This support is very comfortable and easy to use and the laces allow you to tighten and loosen the support as needed.
It is more stable than an ace bandage and in my opinion it was money well spent, do not hesitate this will help you recovering from and/or preventing an injury.
