over all this is an ok product at best the heavy bag stand is great but you need to anchor the frame down with weights or it will move all over the place. weights not included. As for the speedbag its total garbage it is secured with 4 wood screws the bag has fallen twice already after the first use. I had to rig it with some bigger screws and some gorilla glue hopefully it will hold.
