It's very tight on my head. Don't recommend it unless you have very short hair or a small head, I suppose. This cap is so tight it gives me a headache when I wear it.

the product is great for competitive swimming. the only thing that is a little bothersome about the cap are the lines that it leaves on your forehead, but it al-around great!
