I used this product at work, and did not turn them on till my feet got cold as suggested. Never felt the warmth. Also the place where the sock is sewn together form a hard spot under your foot which is very uncomfortable. Foregett warming your feet with these socks. Should have tried them before I also gave them as a gift.

Just Perfect for Working Outside on Cold Winter Days...My toes usually get really cold, but these socks work great. Didn't get too hot on my feet, just kept them a comfortable toasty feeling. The only draw back is, I would like the batteries to last longer because you have to replace them daily.
