Easy to use, feel the burn and feel it working the muscles--INSTANTLY. The bulky machine at the gym could not even begin to firm the muscles like the Leg Magic. Ladies--listen to me and go out and buy this machine. I am happy and my legs are beginning to get it's shape back--only within two weeks. My legs are tighter, firmer and stronger.
