I exceed the weight limit on this machine. I am 315 pounds, and the limit is 250. I did not think this would be that much of an issue. The machine now has this high pitch metal on metal screech that is unbearable. It is probably cause of my weight but there is also the chance it is a design flaw. So if you are looking for weight loss and exceed 250 this may not be the right machine for you.
