I upgraded to this product from the basic model and haven't been disappointed. Its designed more with adults in mind, the wheels can be upgraded to ABEC-7 bearings for additional smoothness and speed. Its very durable and designed to take a bit of punishment. Handgrips are nice, the handlebar is fully adjustable and taller for grownups. The braking system is the same old Razor footbrake which dulls your rear wheels quicker. Its effective once mastered but wish it had a handbrake. Wheels wear down somewhat quickly with regular use but replacing is fairly easy and inexpensive. This is an excellent workout, a lot of fun and great for adults as well as kids. I'm 46 and have even learned a few tricks. Wear all protective gear, helmet strongly recommended at very least.
