The delivery and assembly were very disappointing. First, they sent us the wrong enclosure. It took several weeks to get this resolved. Then the assembly, which was supposed to be easy, was NOT! We ended up hiring a professional assembly person. Once it was assembled, it's been great fun for the kids! Unless you enjoy and are skilled at assembly, hire out and plan on the extra cost. Very sturdy and durable but the springs squeek a lot.
