No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I was recently at a Modells and saw this mask. I was looking for a mask for a women's softball team. There are NO straps included with the mask and NO way to wear it on yur head. I asked a salesperson and was told "I don't know, they stopped sending straps with the mask!" This is a great mask if you want to glue it to your face.
