WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HIT “SUBMIT”?
Because we process your order as quickly as possible, there is a short 15 minute window during our business hours to apply changes to your order (like changing your shipping address or requesting a cancelation). If you want to make a change, please call Customer Service at 1-800-275-6633. Our team is available to help Monday through Sunday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST. If you want to cancel your order but missed the 15 minute window (or placed your order outside of our normal business hours), don’t worry! Once your order is delivered, we can process it as a return.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
You will receive an order confirmation via email with all the details of your order.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN EMAIL REGARDING MY ORDER?
There are usually two reasons for not receiving an email: 1. you may have an outdated email address on file, or 2. you may have a spam blocker filtering emails from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from reaching you.
IF I RETURN MERCHANDISE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will process a return 10-14 business days after we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Once approved for a refund, returns will be refunded in the form of store credit redeemable at modells.com. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?
Please contact a Modell’s Customer Support representative right away and we’ll help you out. Click here to view our returns/exchange policy and instructions. We must receive all returns and exchanges (including the replacements of missing or damaged items) within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt.

We don’t ship to P.O Boxes due to the dimensions and weight of our products.

We offer free shipping for orders over $50.00. There’s a flat rate of $7.00 for orders under $50.00.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
If you have a Modell’s account online, you can check the status of your order and track the shipment through your account. You will also receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped, so that you can track it online.
WHY DOESN'T THE SHIPPING COMPANY WEBSITE RECOGNIZE THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR AN ORDER I PLACED?
Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, tracking information may take 1-2 days to update from the time the shipment was initiated.
I ORDERED A “PRE-SALE” ITEM, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Pre-sale items allow you to place a hold on items before they actually make it into inventory. These items won’t ship until after they become available. If you’re curious about the projected ship date of a specific item, you can always find it in the overview section of the product page.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO SHOW IN MY ACCOUNT?
Refunds take 10-14 business days to be processed. Depending on the bank, some refunds may require an additional 5-7 business days to be reflected.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX ON MY PURCHASE?
Yes. Sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws where the order is being shipped. The tax shown online is only a quote and may slightly differ from the total charged, usually by no more than a few cents.
